BEVAN IN ITALY.

The Spanish Consulate at Naples refused to grant Gerald Bevan a passport to visit Constaniinope. Bevan than approached the British Consul, who impounded his passport. Bevan's arrest is impending. [Bevan is the manager of the City Equitable Insurance Company. He disappeared from London after the company's failure.]
