i VISIT TO MOGHULPURA. INSPECTION OF RAILWAY SHOPS. (By Cable—Press Association— Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) DELHI, February 27. The Prince of Wales spent an hour in the North-Western railway shops at Moghulpura viewing the construction of carriages and locomotives of all branches, and accepted a model of the saloon carriage in which he travelled throughout India as a souvenir. There were demonstrative receptions wherever he went. Afterwards he visited the Legislative Council. He replied to the President's address of welcome. This is the only Legislative body in India possessing a mace, which consists of a Persian battleaxe which was formerly in the Sikh armoury at the fort of Lahore.
