Mr Moss Ballin will leave to-day for a ten days' trip to Dtmedin. Mr Justice Herdman returned from Timaru yesterday. Mr Duncan F. Bauchop, general manager for Leyland Motors, Ltd., is on a visit to Christchurch, on a combined business and holiday trip. He is staying at the United Service Hotel. Mr Edwin Harding, of Kaipara, is at present visiting Christcnurch. Ho accompanied the Hon. J. 6. Coates yesterday, on his visit of msportion of different industries about Christchurch. The Hon. Sir Heaton Rhodes, Minister of Defence, will to-day accompany the Hon. J. G, Coates, Minister of Publics "Works, on a visit to the site of tho proposed traffic bridge over the Selwyn, and will leave this evening for Wellington.
