THE DUKE'S VISIT. MEMORIAL UNVEILED. (By Cabl&~Prese Association —Copyright.) (Beutei's Terrains.) DELHI, January 29. , Th© Duke of Connanght tinveiled, ni the grounds of the Queen Victoriai Memorial at Calcutta, a memorial to King Edward, erected by public subscriptions from the peoples of the Bengal provinces of Bihar and Orissa. Tho memorial oonsists of a marble arch, surmounted by a bronze equestrian statue.
The balance of the large sum raised for the memorial will be used for medical relief in tho two provinces. A great gathering listened to the Duke of Connaughrs glowing tribute to the late King-Emperor.
