Galliani is a pupil of tho world-famed Mala testa, of Italy, who has been leading the most radical element in the recent Italian industrial troubles. Mr Flynn expects to apprehend the perpetrators of the outrage. He declares that they are the same men that caused the 1919 bomb outrages.
