NEW YORK EXPLOSION.
ITALIAN ANARCHISTS BLAMED. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) NEW YORK, September 30. It is understood that 31 r Williafn. J. Flynn, Chief Investigation Officer of tho Department of Justice, is convinced that the Wall Street explosion was caused by a time bomb, set by Italian anarchists, disciples of Galliani, tho famous terrorist. Galliani is a pupil of tho world-famed Mala testa, of Italy, who has been leading the most radical element in the recent Italian industrial troubles. Mr Flynn expects to apprehend the perpetrators of the outrage. He declares that they are the same men that caused the 1919 bomb outrages.
