CIVIC RECEPTION AT NAPIER. (FSSSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) • # NAPIER, July 24. The Tutanekai, with the GovernorGonornl, .arrived at Napier shortly after eleven o'clock this morning. His Excellency was presented with an illuminated address at a civic reception in the Municipal Theatre, and was afterwards ontortained at lunch by the Mayor and councillors. He left in the Tutanekai at 5 p.m. for Wellington.
