WELLINGTON. May 6. Tho Minister of Lands, referring to a statement published recently that the Govornment Was extending scant consideration to soldiers, and no soldier could get land unless ho had considerable funds or good backing, said the Govornment had ttever made anjr distinction betweon men wuhoUt means and those with limited means or with large sums of money.
