RESIGNATION OF A MINISTER. (By Cable.—Frees Association.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) (Received December 30th, 7.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, December 29. The New York "Broiling Telegram's" Rome correspondent states that Signor Biosolati (Minister of Public Assistance and Pensions) has resigned from the Italian Cabinet becauso of difference? of opinion over Baron Sonnino's aspirations in the Adriatic. Signor Bissolati favoured giving the Jugo-Slavs the requisite territories in order to gain their friendship.
