DEMOBILISATION.
START TO BE MADE NEXT MONTH

WELLINGTON, December 2-i. The Minister of Defence lias received advice that the New Zealand Pioneer rMaori) Battalion is to be withdrawn from France as a complete unit, and returned to New Zealand as such in January.
There is reason also to hope that arrangements will bo made for tho demobilisation of the Now Zealand Expeditionary Force, to commcnco in January.
