The Minister of Public Health (the Hon. G. "VV. Russell) said that "thei matter has Man fully considered, and 1 the decision of the. Government is that no action be taken in the matter." The Minister was asked - to explain precisely the meaning of the terni "no action." Mr Russell: It means that, tho law* stands. The reporter: Tlion prosecutions "will follow in the ordinary course if there is a breach of tha law?
Mr -Russell: I am not goino- to say anything about that. *"
