. "But will Prohibition be a success?" asks the man in doubt. Surely there was never so impartial an investigation of the question as that condui-tod by the National Efficieacy Board. Evidence was heard from all classes of the community. The Liquor Trade stated its case, the Prohibition advocates ad- : vanced their reasons, the non-party sections of the community gave their views; and after hearing all sides the Board reported in favour of immediate prohibition.
