SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Atmospheric pressure hus continued relatively low in tho. South, modezuto to strong northerly end westerly winds have prevailed. Cloudy conditions have been experienced generally, with scattered rain, but considerable rain has fallon in tins South. _ Present indications are for strong and variable winds, with northerlics roiling northward of Kawliia and East Cape and westerly to southerly winds clscwhero.
