AN ULTIMATUM
LONDON, August 11. The "Sunday Times'' states that the Spanish Cabinet is really sending an ultimatum to. Germany demanding that the latter should fully respect Spain's neutrality. ' MADRID. August 11. The strictest secroej is observed regarding Thursday's Cabinet meeting, at which it is belioved that important decisions were reached with reference to attitude toward Spain's repeated protests against submarinings. Uevelopments are awaited with interest.
