Tho last of. tho anti-war American Senators to desert tho sinking ship of pacifism is Senator Gronna. Following tho oxample of his friend and adviser, Senator La Follefcte, he formally renounced his opposition to the war and urged its prosecution to complete victory. Senator Gronna was a member of the "little group of wilful men" and one of the six Senators who voted against tho declaration of war against Germany.
