WELLINGTON BRANCH REMITS. TRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON. May 17. The Wellington blanch of the Returned Soldiers' Association passed tho following remits, to be submitted to the annual conference to be held shortly at Auckland:— (!) Seeing that married returned soldiers who volunteered for active service would have been called up in due course under the Second Division scheme, the conference be asked to urge the Government to Nee that the allowances for the wives and children of thos> volunteers be made retrospective. according to the oxistinc scale:
