Early in March,the London "Horning Post" explained that the intermittent publication of the official "Gazette" in full in its columns had been made inevitable by the increased restrictions in the paper supplies and the consequent necessity of reducing the size of all newspapers. While the present conditions of stringency persist, the full "Gazette" will no. longer appear in the "Morning Post."
