SOLDIERS' MARRIAGES.
NEW SYSTEM IN BRITAIN

The Registrar-General has instituted a system under -which celebrants of oversea marriages must notify military headquarters of the Dominion concerned prior to the celebration, and also inform the bride of the result of tho inquiries.
