ESCAPE FROM PAPARUA PRISON.
Early yesterday morning an inmato of the Paparua- Prison escaped from his guard under cover of a heavy fog. His name is A\ nrden, and lie was serving a term of imprisonment for burglary. His caso was tried by the Supremo Courtnot very long ago, and evidence regarding his finger-prints played a n ° important part in securing his conviction. At the time of his e,scape lie was wearing his prison garb. Search ivirties "wore out throilgiiout the dav, out ho had not been captured at a'late hour last night.
