Moore gave the second of his addresses on St. Paul's Epistle to the Golatians, which proved of gTeat interest and benefit t*o those present. Next Thursday Mr Moor® will conclude thi3 series of talks. HOPE OF CHRISTCHURCH LODGE. At the weekly meeting of the Hope of Christchurch Lodge, 1.0. G.T., Bro. McFerran presided. Two new members were admitted. DALLINGTOX SI'KCIAL RATING AREA.

A meeting of the Dalliustton Tram Committee was held at I,in\vood on Thursday evening last, when there wi:s a good attendance of the committee, Mr W. J. Jenkin presiding. Reports were presented from the General Committee of the four special rating* districts, which stated that a number of the present members had teen interviewed in relation to the special rating districts and the coming election. It v:a.? dccided to hold a public meeting to put tlie position as it now is to lateppyers. and to see that all raepayers were on the roll for the coming elections.
