It was particularly gratifying that this year there liad been a much larger number of entries in the vegetable section. A weight-guessing competition tor a sheep was won by Mr l>. Stewart-, and a large presentation cake was won by Mr J. Page, another cake being divided between Mr W. T. Foster and Milt. Stewart, who tied in the competition. At the termination of, the show the flowers, vegetables, ctc., were sold.
