MAGISTRATE'S COURT. At the Lyttelton Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Jlessr3 l'\ Knight and W. Cleary, J.P.'s, Duncan Mclntyie was charged with drunkenness, and with obscene language. The information waa laid by two residents of the Port, whose first intimation of accuscd's presence was a loud noise occasioned by hia fall on the roof oi a building from an adjoining embankment.
