AMSTERDAM, May 8. Internal conditions in Austria-Hun-gary are criticnl. There have been many risings of a revolutionary tendency. The Government, after declaring that there had been no risings and that the country was calm, issued a manifesto justifying extreme measures for their repression
ROME, May 8. The Jugo-Slav movement in AustriaHungary has become definite. The revolt leaders include the Archbishops of Laibaeh and Sarajevo. LONDOX, May 8. The mutiny in the Austro-Hungariafa fleet was suppressed with difficulty. The High Command has been changed. CONSTANTfXE ILL. PARIS, Mny 8. It is reported that ex-King Constantine is critically ill at Zurich.
