PATRIOTIC SHOW.
DISPLAY AT AMBER^EY,
The Amberley Horticultural and Produce Society revived their one-time annual show by holding a Patriotic Show on Saturday. The fixture has ahvay3 been notable for tne very fine display of chrysanthemums, but this year tlio ravages of blight greatly affected tlie flowers generally, and consequently entries in this section were greatly restricted. The show was ably conducted, and reflected considerable credit on tho secretary, ALiss MoNaught. Tho judges wcro:—i lowers, vegetables, and fruit, Miss Bayliss and air W. J. Courtier; produco, Mr J. Henry; cookery, Mrs Baxter and Miss Busch. Following were tho results: — Vegetables—Two cabbages (3): M. Lukey 1, G. Lukey 2. Twelve potatoes, two varieties (8): Ford and Kennedy 1 and 2,W. Davis 3.
