(l'ltKS ASSOCIATION 'TELIK&AU.) WELLINGTON, Juno 27. At a conferenco of directors and supervisors of technical colleges being held in "Wellington, it was decided that representations should bo made to the Minister regarding the payment of the war bonus to teachers under technical boards. Tho Department is to bo urged to pay capitation to technical night schools, on the roll number at the end of March of each year; and that tho capitation be increased to a minimum of £15 per annum. : It was resolved that thero should be direct - representation of technical interests on tbe Council of Education.
