HINDUS AND WATERSIDERS.
(PHESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, December 6. The arrival of ten Hindus from the Islands by the Talune was commented on at the New Zealand Waterside Workers' conference. _ Tho conference expressed the opinion that this was an attempt by employers to replace men who had left to fight for their country. It was decided to bring the matter under tho notice of organised labour bodies.
