Government Meteorologist supplied tiio following weather report a' i ;o.ui. yesterday: — A small depression passed in tho south dur. in" tho night, with changeable and 6ho\very conditions, but an improvement has taken place to-day. Moderato to r.trong nottlier.y and westerly winds have predominated. Present indications are for variable breezes, moderate to strong westcrlv winds predominating, with fair to cloudy weather. • There is little movement of the barometer at present. but a falling tendency is expected shortly.
