MELBOURNE, May 31. A report made by tho Secretary of Labour to the State Premier, regarding industrial unrest and the promotion of efficiency, recommends a more general adoption of piecework in fraining the determination of the Wages .Boards a3 a corrective for slowing down, and profit-sharing as an incentive to employees to do good work.
