LYTTELTON.
(Before Mr W. C, Cleary, J.P.). DRUNKENNESS. Andrew Jacobsen, charged with drunkenness, was fined £2, in default one month's imprisonment. DESERTION. Walter Davis pleaded guilty to deserting from the steamer Paparoa at Lyttelton on January 11th. He was sentenced to one month's imprisonment and ordered to. be. placed on board the ship when required.
