Mr A. C. Maxwell moved that a deputation should be sent to the C.D.C. sub-section to invite it to amalgamate with the Returned Soldiers' sub-section. The chairman and Lieut. Oakey concurred. ' The motion was then put and carried. Mr Maxwell and Lieut. Subsection," and that the general committee should meet every Friday evening. The chairman announced that he would give a prize to the soldier who sold the most tickets. Captain Morris said that he thought the Microscopical Society would bo willing to give an exhibition for the benefit, of tho fund.
