CITY ELECTRICAL SCHEME.
TO THE EDITOR OF "THE PRESS." Sir, —There is nothing in Mr Crombie Scott's letter of yesterday for me to reply to, as ho lias ignored the main points at issue. If he refers to the Town Clerk, or the City Electrical Engineer as mv advisers, both these gentlemen were out of town, and are in no way responsible for my review of the year's work. The rest of Mr Scott's letter I simply pass over without comment. It is a sure sign of defeat when an opponent descends to personal abuse. —Yours, etc., H. HOLLAND. January 13th.
