Arthur Wilson pleaded guilty to a 'charge that otP January 12th he did steal from Harry Huggard the sum of 10s. Ho was sentenced to one month. 9 hard labour. OBSCENE LANGUAGE. Kate Lynn, alias Brooker, alias Langdon, alias Little, etc., pleaded guilty to a charge of using obscene language in a, public place, namely, Moorhouse avenue, on January 12th. She was sentenced to one month's imprisonment with hard labour: ALLEGED FORGERY. Constance Moon was charged that on or about May 10 bh, 1915, at Christchurch, she did make a false document in that she did alter an entry in a bank pass book from £15 to £110, knowing it to be false, with the intention that it. should, be acted on as if genuine, and did thereby commit the crime of forgery. , On the application of Chief-Detective Herbert, who appeared for the prosecution, accused was remanded till January 21st. J. judgment was given for the plaintiff for £3 18s Bd.
