Tho special facilities afforded by tho Virol Research Laboratories under the direction of Dr. Edward Burnet had been highly appreciated. A large number of public bodies, hospitals, and medical practitioners had availed themselves of these model laboratories, tho admirable equipment of which had been highly commended by all the 'members of the profession who had visited them.
