With regard to Lady Liverpool's- appeal for handkerchiefs, we havo been asked to •point out that dark coloured handkerchiefs only arc suitable, no whito ones being required. In reference to tbe appeal made for dried fruits and cako for the Expeditionary Force, tho Mayoress wishe-s to impress upon donors the urgent necessity of sending in their donations to the Lady Liverpool Depot, 121 Lichfield street, on an early date next week.
