GERALDINE STOCK SALE.
At yesterday's sale at Geraldine, tlio yarding showed a considerable falling off in fats, only 6omc 2000 sheep being entered. Following the recont showers there was an increased demand for stores. There was a largo attendance of farmers. Prices generally wore regarded as satisfactory. Sales were effected as follows: —Fsit ewes—2S at 17s Dd 16 at 17s 7d. 10 at 17s. Fat lambs—72 at 18s 3d. 38 at 17 S Bd, 32 at 17s Gd, G at 17s 3d, 150 at 17s 2d, 3at 16s 3d, 20 at los 6d. Fat wethera —42 at 21s, 17 at 19s 3d. 8 at 17s Gd, 8 at 16s 3d. Two, four, and six-tooth avos 10s odf to lSf?, crossbred cwea at os 7d, merino ewes at Is Gd, threequarterhrod lambs 11s Id, mixed sex lambs 6s 0d to 10? 7d, two-tooth wethers Its 7d_. Pigs—Stores 21s, weaners os to- los.
