With the completion of the Lake Coleridge scheme, it has been 'decided to make several changes in the staff. Mr Kissel, as bee ° 1D charge of the construction work from the start, is leaving for- Wellington this week, where, it is understood, he will take up duties in the Public 'Works Office (electrical branch). Mr W. O'Malley chainman. is leaving for Dunedm and Mr W. B- King, engineering cadet, is leaving for Christchurch sub-eta tion. Several other changes are pending \ great deal of dissatisfaction i 5 felt at*the school not opemnc agnm.«ftcr the Christmas holidays. The trouble ls the difficulty of obtaining a teacher the late schoolmaster. Mr E. S Comford, having left for the front. It is to be
hoped that a teacher will soon be obtained, as there are about 20 children ready for school.
