WANGANUI.
(press association telkcram.) WANGANUI, November 28. Mr J. T. Hogan, Opposition candidate for Wanganui, opened his campaign before a crowded audience in the Opera House last night. The candidate vindicated the policy of tho Opposition Party and criticised the Reform Administration. He was given a capital hearing and was accorded a vote-of thanlcs and of appreciation of his services during six years in Parliament. Confidence was expressed in him as tho Opposition candidate. The meeting concluded with cheers for Mr Hogan am' Sir Joseph Ward.
