THE LOSS OF THE BULWARK. ENQUIRY OPENED. VESSEL LOADING AMMUNITION AT THE TIME. LONDON. November 27. The enquiry into the less of H.M.S. Bulwark has opened. The officials state that the public may coniidculy accept the theory that the cause ci tho disaster was an accident. IXLVDON. November l'>. Tho Bulwark was loading ammunition from barges at the time of the explosion. ("Received November 2dih 11.5 p.m.) LONDON. November 20. Thirty bodies from the Bulwark have Iwen recovered. Most of them are unidentifiable.
