DUNEDIN, November 27.: Recruit? are now coming- forward freely. Out of 70 required 200 have come" forward in Dunediu aiono during the last few days. In regard to the idea of constituting central - rceruHine offices, the Hon. James Allen does not see any necessity for these, 4 as Defence offices throughout ISovr Zealand are recruiting offices. So far, he says, there has not been any difficulty in' bceurinj: a sufficient number of recruits.
