Williams (Auckland), F. C. J. Fanfchain (Weetland), J. R. Buohanan (Xeleon), F. Bryant (Wanganui), J. H. Kuudsen (Hawko's Bay), F. L. Anderson (South Canterbury), F. Stokea (Canterbury), and P. X. Bundle (Otago), secretary. The report stated that in all, 132 learners', 1039 proficiency, and 330 merit certificates had been issued.
