STREET COLLECTIONS TO-DAY.

"Belgium Week," -which was so auspiciously inaugurated on Saturday, will be continued to-day, when collections will be taken up in the city streets in aid of the starving Belgians. A number of -young ladies have volunteered their services as collectors, but more are -wanted, and the secretary (ilrs J. Rolleston) will be glad if those willing to assist will call at tho committee's rooms, No. 37 Dominion Buildings, this morning, when they will receive- badges and collecting boxes. The proprietors of Barton's Circus have kindly consented to allow tho collectors to make a collection "at the circus at ail performances.
