PRINCE WILLIAM'S COMPLAINT
("Timos" and 'Sydney Sun" Services.) DURAZZO, July 15. Prince William of Wied summoned tho Ministers of tho great Powers to his palace, and told them that the Powers, after placing him on tho throne, had shown singularly littlo readiness to assist him in coping with his difficulties. He asked their immediate, help. It is believed that in tho event of their refusul he will tender his resignation. Twelve thousand refugees from Koritza have deserted to the insurgents, fearing the Epirotcs.
