Two delegates were appointed to attend a meeting coaveneid by tho Paparoa Couo_:il. to discuss the formation of a Canterbury or South Island _ Counties' Association. A petition was 'received from severa 1 water-users outsido the County, asking to bo supplied with water from this County's races, and agreeing to pay the current charges for whatever quantity could be supplied.-*"Agreed to.
