TAUPIRI COAL COMPANY.
Tho annual meeting of the Taupiri Coal Company was held at Auckland on Wednesday. A dividend of 9d per share was declared, which, with the interim dividend, mado a dividend for the year of Is 6d. The dividend absorbed £4537, the sum of £1000 was added to the reserve fund, and £2420 was carried forward. Alessrs E. W. Alison and G. AVmstono were re-elected directors. The output of tho mine for 1913 was 102,128 tons.
