CULVEDREN.
At the Culverden sale yesterday there was a yarding of 2300 sheep, 600 of which were fat lambs, which sold at 15s 6d to 19s. Amongst other sales were 640 .four-tooth halfbred store wethers, at 15s 6d to 19s; and 1000 merino wethers at 10s to 10s 9cL
BUTTER IN COOL STORE. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, April 30. The quantity of butter in cool store at tho several ports of the Dominion on April 30th, is as under: —Auckland, 32,471 boxes; New Plymouth, 12.184; Patoa, 747; AVanganui, 2429; Wellington, 32,922; Lyttelton. 3695: Dunedin, 3614; total, 83,062 boxes. Tho total on March 30th last year was 64,254 boxes, and on April 30th, 1912, 54,832 bores.
