NO TERRORS FOR FRANCE
PARIS. March 18.
The Russian "Bourse Gazette's" firm reply is enthusiastically welcomed here.
It is felt that the German menace has lost its terrors, and that France's position is much more secure than it was a few years ago.
The "Temps" says that Germany must get rid of the idea that the rattling of its sword wi:l cause any alarm in France or Russia.
