The "Norddeutscher AJlemagne Zeitung" ridicules the Russian "Bourse Gazette's" threats, and says it 6*oes not believe that such discussions will disturb Russo-German friendship. The newspaper "Uonvania" alleges that tho Kus6ian preparations are directed against Austria.
