("Times" and "Sydney Sun" Services.) LISBON. March 3. A Monarchist outbreak is considered to be imminent. There have been seizures of arms and ammunition in several towns. Tho general strike continues. The main railways are guarded by troops, and tho telegraph and telephone wires have been cut.
