GERMAN ACCUSATIONS.
(Received March oth, 0.15 a.m.) BERLIN, March 4. Count yon Reventlow accuses the British Admiralty of systematically understating the size of batteships, and adds that the German Navy has aways followed, approximately, British displacement. Germany will gladly refrain from further increases or reductions if the British Admiralty will eet a real, and not a paper example.
