REVOLT IN EPIRUS.
(Received March sth, 0.15 a.m.) ATHENS, March 4. Three thousand insurgents at ArgyroCastron havo proclaimed their independence. Zographos, the leader of the rebels, stated that Greece had been obliged to sacrifice Epirus to higher interest*, but Epirons declined to submit to the barbarous yoke.
