SEEKING A MURDERER
VICTIM'S EYE PHOTOGRAPHED

A photograph of the eye of a girl wlo bad been clubbed to death was taken at the St. Nicholas Cemetery, Chicago, by the police authorities, with the object of gaining a clue to the murderer.
A foreigner named Petres has been accused of the crime.
Tho motive is believed to have been jealousy.
Oculists a__"ert that the retina of the eye will probably show the person who committed the crime if he was visible to tho girl before she became unconscious.
